4. Payments & Deposits

Deposits, such as the $15 deposit applied toward services including the $125 Signature Pedicure, are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Terms.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information.
Access to data is restricted to authorized staff only.
Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, enforce policies, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Information Sharing

Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We provide professional nail, spa, and waxing services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic and Gel-X extensions, waxing, and add-ons.

Services, pricing, availability, promotions, and policies may change at any time without notice.

2. Booking, Card Authorization, Deposits & Payments

A valid payment card is required to book or hold appointments.
Payment information is securely handled by approved third-party processors.

By booking, you authorize Vanity Polish Nails & Spa to charge the card on file for:

• Deposits

• Late cancellations

• No-shows

• Policy violations

• Approved liquidated damages, up to 50 percent of the service price

A non-refundable $15 deposit is required for all appointments and applied toward the booked service. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. The deposit may be transferred one time only.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows
No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 50 percent of the scheduled service price.

Repeated violations may result in permanent denial of booking privileges.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or result in shortened services.
Deposits are forfeited for arrivals exceeding 15 minutes.
No refunds or credits are issued for shortened services.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

All services are final.
No refunds are issued for completed or partially rendered services.
Concerns must be addressed during the appointment to allow adjustments at that time.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

• Health or safety concerns

• Open wounds or infections

• Undisclosed medical conditions

• Disruptive behavior

• Repeated policy violations

7. Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parental consent is required prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to minors at our discretion.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Clients assume all inherent risks associated with nail, spa, and waxing services.
Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanity Polish Nails & Spa and A&A LLC.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By booking or receiving services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or policy-based fees.
Chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of booking privileges and collection efforts.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act through the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration is individual only.
You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Venue for any permitted court action lies exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.
